Bees come first

About Postling Honey

Welcome to Postling Honey, a small independent beekeeping business based in the beautiful Kent countryside.

Our bees forage across the wildflowers, hedgerows, woodland and farmland surrounding the historic village of Postling, producing pure, natural honey that reflects the changing seasons and the local landscape. Every jar is harvested in small batches, carefully extracted, filtered and packed to preserve the honey’s natural flavour, aroma and character.

At Postling Honey, the welfare of our bees is at the heart of everything we do. Our colonies are managed using modern beekeeping practices with a strong focus on bee health, sustainability and responsible hive management. We continually invest in high-quality equipment and education to ensure our bees thrive and our customers receive a premium product.

We are proud to produce authentic British honey with no artificial additives, colours or preservatives. The honey is never blended with imported honey, allowing each harvest to retain its own unique taste depending on the flowers visited by the bees throughout the season.

As well as our traditional runny honey, we also produce beautiful cut comb and section honey, offering customers the opportunity to enjoy honey exactly as the bees made it.

Postling Honey is a registered food business and operates in accordance with UK food hygiene and food safety requirements. We are committed to producing high-quality local honey that customers can buy with confidence.

Whether you’re looking for a delicious everyday honey, a unique gift, or simply want to support local British beekeeping, thank you for choosing Postling Honey. Every purchase helps support healthy honey bee colonies and celebrates the incredible work of one of nature’s most important pollinators.

Pure. Local. Naturally produced in the Kent countryside.

Our Unwavering Commitment

Postling Honey

From Hive to Jar

At Postling Honey, we believe the best honey is the way the bees intended it.

Our honey begins with healthy colonies foraging across the flowers, hedgerows, woodland and countryside surrounding Postling in Kent. Throughout the season, our bees collect nectar from a wide variety of native plants, creating honey with a unique flavour that reflects the local landscape.

Flow Hive Honey

Our honey is harvested using innovative Flow Hives. This allows ripe honey to be drained directly from the honeycomb into food-grade containers with minimal disturbance to the bees and without removing the frames from the hive. The honey is then allowed to settle naturally before being poured into jars.

Section Comb Honey

Our section comb honey is exactly as the bees made it. The bees build fresh natural wax comb before filling and sealing it with honey. Once fully capped, each section is carefully removed and packaged without cutting, pressing or extracting, providing a completely natural product straight from the hive.

Pure and Natural

We do not blend our honey with imported honey or add any ingredients. Our honey is simply harvested, hand-packed into jars. We do not pasteurise or artificially alter the honey, helping to preserve its natural flavour, aroma and character.

Every jar and every comb section represents thousands of bee flights and countless visits to flowers across the Kent countryside. From hive to jar, our aim is simple: to let nature do the hard work while we preserve the quality of what our bees produce.
